President Donald Trump arrived in Miami to announce his plans for relations with Cuba. On arrival into Miami international airport, his motorcade, featuring two presidential limos and an array of support vehicles, including secret service, press, guests and ambulances, and the usual array of police. The streets in the surrounding area where all closed off long before the president arrived. Donald trump was waving in the second limousine from the front of the motorcade.
